Exhaust umbrellas are designed to purify the air from aerosols of fat, oil, water vapor. The heated air saturated with impurities is sucked into the umbrella, passes through the labyrinth filter and, hitting its surface, is cleaned and goes into the ventilation system.
Umbrellas are installed in the exhaust ventilation system at public catering facilities over any heat-generating kitchen equipment (stove, frying pan, grill, fryer, etc.) and are an important element of the system. Umbrellas are easy to clean with a wet sponge with detergent.
